NFTs: WHAT ARE THEY?
NFTs, or non-fungible tokens, allow anyone to own pieces of unique digital art. Some properties that make NFTs unique:
Liquidity
Unlike physical art assets, NFTs allow for investors to store their collections in a virtual space, and can be easily transferred from one collector to another without the need for physical transportation.
Potential for Appreciation
Similar to physical assets such as art and real estate, NFTs have the potential to appreciate in value significantly over time, with artists and sellers flipping their pieces for multiple times their purchase price.
Decentralized Marketplace
Unlike physical art, NFTs don't require a broker or advertising agency to be sold. An artist can simply list their piece on any marketplace on the internet. Additionally, sellers can receive commission every time their piece is sold afterwards, even without being directly involved.

NFT donations count towards campaign contribution limits. Federal law limits contributions to $5,800 per person per candidate cycle ($2,900 primary election, $2,900 general election).
